Traditionally the spring of 2010 will be the period when raving Nightmare will take place in Germany. Since 2004 it has been organized 6 times in Germany already! In 2004, 2005 and 2007 the unforgettable editions took place in Frechen/Köln. Afterwards it moved to the Turbinenhalle in Oberhausen where the title Fractured Minds reflected this edition perfectly. According to lots of people it was one of the best editions ever!
In 2009 a new step was made, to the König Pilsner Arena in Oberhausen. This “Laws Unwritten “ was a megaproduction in a toplocation.

But blood doesn’t crawl where it can’t go…. And for the 2010 edition UHM wanted to program more music styles again, it had to go back to the Underground, more industrial, more basic. So the conclusion was: back to the Turbinenhalle! So at March 27th not 4, not 5, but 6 areas will be opened this time! The “old Turbinenhalle disposition” will be open! So the extra area everyone has missed all that time, you can crawl through once again. And all that during a 12 Hour rave from 20.00 till 08.00. Uhm will do everything in it’s power to transcend the previous edition.
Expectations will be high in the sound, entertainment and lightshow. But mostly the atmosphere has been an important factor, which has been nothing less than great according to the visitors.

The line-up can be called unique, cause the international top of every music style is present here! More than 80 artists will fill up this location with numerous decibels. The how and who f every area has been spoken about already in previous news messages. So it’s now time for the final update with all necessary info!

Did you know for example…..:
-That Tha Playah is going to do his live act for the first time in Germany for such a big audience?? Months of preparation took place to get everything perfect. Entertainment acts , technical and visual effects will be part of this show.

-That Tha Playah in the year 2004 also responsible was for one of the most successful remixes of a track? Known asThe Prophecy Unfolds, made for a Raving Nightmare event?

- That the Swiss label Terror Noize industry will host an area at Raving Nightmare and that you can see and hear some exquisite artists (flown in from the USA, Switzerland and Ireland) whom are just rarely in Europe at hardcore events?

- That the concept r_AW from the Third Movement empire will also host an area and that most artists in this area are going to perform live with Ableton?

- That Tymon & Negative A have been working hard to prepare their closing set in the main?

- That Marc Acardipane will adjust his set as such as the time period in this area requires? And that this is kindly unique, because now we are going to hear an even more versatile live act from him?

- That Partyraiser doesn’t close up for once and that he has promised to give away a surprisingly different set?

-That this night Summertime starts? So the clock will go from 02.00 to 03.00, but the organization will follow the old wintertime in their timetable (for openings-, deejay- and closing times).

- That this simply means that you can party for an extra hour longer in the new summertime?

- That you can buy your ticket at the door at 17.00 already?

- But that the last edition in this location (2008) was sold out, so we have to advise to but your ticket in presale if you don’t want to be disappointed.

- That parking is free at this event and that this is a great Plus in these difficult times?

- That the first UHM magazine from 2010 is freely available at the end of RN?

-And that it will be yet again a A4 edition with lost of ads, reading material and so on?

Announcement: unfortunately due to private circumstances Lady Dana had to cancel this performance also. She’s not replaceable by anyone, but the organization has found another artist to fill up this hole in the timetable. None less than Dj Promo will give away a superb set for this occasion. In his own way he will show you his vision at this period.

Vinylrelease UHMR09!
As a result of this event UHM records shall release its 9^th vinyl! With 4 smashing tracks in versatile styles, this will also be a must have for your record case or cd case! It consists out of to cooperations between some UHM artists/producers. Best man on the force Dj Triax has been the main man in all of this.
First cooperation is with the German UHM residents DJ D-Ceptor & DJ Newstyler. They both have made some big steps in their carreer the last few years. At almost every authoritative event they were behind the turntables. But also abroad, in Russia, Italy, Belgium and The Netherlands. All this time they have been preparing behind the scenes for their first release at UHM records. And now the time has come and the result speaks for itself.

Second cooperation is yet again with the UHM resident Mr. Sinister. A logical step after a first successful release in 2008, after which in 2009 a first solo track followed. And now once again a top production has been born.

The dark, fast and raw side of this vinyl is a true must have! No one less than the Italian hero and top producer The Destroyer has done 1 track for this EP. Furthermore the producer Lowtek from Ireland is responsible for the industrial track.Both these artists shall perform live at the Terror Noize Industry area, where they will definitely play these tracks!
The release will be offered at www.dancetunes.nl exclusively in the week before the event. And after March 27th it can be downloaded at www.hardtunes.com, www.trackitdown.net , www.junodownload.com also.

Merchandise
Traditionally we have made a special Raving T-Shirt with on both sides a full colour print form the artwork of the event. This shirt wil be available at the Uhm merchandise stand in limited edition. Also other Raving, Eartqhauke and Proud 2 be Hardcore merchandise is available here, along with the latest new vinyls from several great labels.
One thing we can tell already is that some articles will be offered for special sale prices! Sold out = sold out!
And for our Cavello and 100% hardcore people, this merchandise stand is also present with their newest wear, gear and stuff.

Other important info:
- At the entrance you will receive a flyer with a map and timetable, so you know when and where you have to be.
-At several places (entrance counter and UHM merchandise stand) pin boxes are present.
-Lockers are present where you can put away your coat or backpack. Where are they? At the end of the entrance hall on your right. If you share a locker with your friends, you can spare some extra money!
-Coins are the way to pay during this event at the bars. So no obliged cardsystem and minimum set of drinks.
-A tip for all visitors: you are always obliged to have your valid ID with you. Here also, so please make sure you have it with you, so there can’t be any discussion with authorities if needed.
- Soft- and harddrugs are forbidden, also in Germany! This is no news, so know there will be strict controls at the entry, done by security.
-And last but definitely not least: toilet visits are for free!!!

The tickets are available for € 32,- (ex fee) . In Germany through CTS/Eventim and partytickets.de. In The Netherlands at SeeDance Nederland, all free record shops, all Primera shops & Paylogic in Holland. In Belgium at www.FNAC.be and As usual all regular UHM presale points in Germany, Holland and Belgium are supplied with hardcopy tickets. E-tickets are sold through the UHM webshop .
The evening counter will be open this time at 17.00 hours already!! But watch out: the last edition in this location (2008) was sold out, so we have to advise to but your ticket in presale if you don’t want to be disappointed.

Transport, Route and parking
There are many ways to travel by public transport to the Turbinenhalle. There are plenty free parking spaces. Nearby the location there are 2 train-stations as well as several bus stops (stop “Im Lipperfeld”), on a 1-minute walk to the Turbinenhalle.
